Azul Cerralvo: New Park and Office Building - (from Justina Dominguez) Thank you to the Ejido of El Sargento and Its Annex La Ventana! Today we celebrate a historic act for our community. At the assembly on March 4, 2026, the Ejido members of our community voted in favor of using a property to build a community center for this community and the surrounding areas that most need it. This land is given in trust for 20 years by the government. It does not belong to the Foundation. If the Foundation continues to operate in 20 years, it will be renewed for 20 years. This is how the government operates. The property is to one side of the secondary school and the soccer field. When we develop part of this property well, we may have the other part of it. The other part of the land could be built into an ambulance base and possibly a consulting clinic. This is more than land. It is trust. It is the future. It is this community caring for the community.
Thank you to the Board of Directors of the Ejido and to the assembled members for believing that this Community Center will be a team effort.

Palapas Ventana - Come dive with Palapas Ventana this season! We are seeing mobula rays, whales, dolphins, turtles, sea lions, and more. Latin Music Alejandro Guerrero + Poke Bowls + Happy Hour - Friday, May 15th 5pm- Baja Joe’s. Latin music sets the tone for Happy Hour at Baja Joe’s with Alejandro Guerrero bringing live acoustic Latin rhythm from 5:00–7:00 PM. Easygoing, feel-good music to wind down the day by the beach. World Class Piano Concert at Historic El Triunfo - Sunday, May 17th, shows start at 12:00 pm, 13:30 pm. A 1.5 hour concert program with one intermission includes the compositions of Johann Sebastian Bach, Frederic Chopin, Ludwig van Beethoven, Franz Liszt, George Gershwin, Johannes Brahms and others. All top hits only, no boring filler.
