Blues Music Night - The 2nd Blue Monday gig will happen this Monday Jan 6th at 7pm (doors at 6) at Baja Joe’s. And feature Johnny Burgin from Chicago and Emiliano Juarez from Mexico City. These are top shelf guitarists fronted by a killer rhythm section from LaPaz. Squrl n Mark from Joe’s are flying in this talent for all who wanna shake yer tail and dance or just listen, please support it! For all the budding guitar players who wanna get a lesson from the pros, we will be hosting a “guitar workshop“ on Tuesday am 10-noon for $25 a head. Jazz in the Desert - Save the date! Our very popular Ambulance fundraiser is back on Friday March 7th. Internationally acclaimed trumpeter Terry Townson will be joined by Willie Ornelas on drums, Ignacio Chavez on lead guitar, Paul Freeman on bass, and our own Roger Sherman on rhythm, set amidst the magical cardones at Pólvora Restaurant.
