Golden Hour Groove - at Casa Tara Thursday March 6, 5pm to 630pm. Bachata Lesson at 5 to 530. 200 peso. Includes glass of white wine to celebrate the opening of casa taras new expansion and infinity pool. Theme: elegant white attire.
Jazz in the Desert - It is not too late to reserve your space for this amazing event and fundraiser for the Ambulance Project. Friday March 7, 5-8pm at Pólvora. This will truly be a night to remember! Featuring Grammy Award winning trumpet player Terry Townson, joined by internationally renowned keyboard player Mitch Forman, drummer extraordinaire Willie Ornelas, and more. Don’t miss opening Brother Gil, the highly entertaining composer and singer of songs that will make you smile. The Fortunates - Live at Pitaya Farm 2 Table. Saturday March 8, 6pm-8pm. Lisa Mills, Larry Russ, Linda Kreiner and Joe Wells will play music from six decades. Enjoy an evening of great music, food and drink at this beautiful setting.
Annual Baja Joe’s Film Festival - March 8th & 9th 2025! This year we are presenting two viewings of the same Film Fest: Saturday, March 8th 6:30pm, Sunday, March 9th 6:30pm. A nightly winner will be chosen via a nightly Ballot Vote-1 vote per person. (If you would like to vote, you must be there before the first video of the night). Bring a chair. Cetacean Monitoring Day - Join our upcoming scientific cetacean monitoring tour in La Ventana, organized by Aguacea Explora and the scientifics of MMAPE. On the agenda: actively searching for marine life, helping biologists with collecting valuable data for their ongoing research (photographic identification, behavior, morphometrics, acoustics and more), learn from passionate people from the sea & marvel at beautiful wild encounters! Elevation Kite & Wing Center - Our next Women’s Kite Camp is happening from March 13-15! Elevation’s women’s camps are perfect for those looking to try kiteboarding, connect with other female kiteboarders, or take their skills to the next level. With experienced instructors, women-specific gear, and a fun, supportive environment, this camp is designed to help participants become safe, independent, and confident kiteboarders. Over the course of three days, attendees will cover essential skills such as safety procedures, launching and landing, kite control, self-rescue, body dragging, and board riding, with opportunities to advance beyond the beginner level. The Kids Kiteboarding Camp is happening from March 17-19, offering three days of fun, adventure, and skill-building on the water! Perfect for young water enthusiasts, whether they are beginners or already have some experience, this camp provides a safe and exciting environment to learn and improve their kiteboarding skills.
